The Creek 280 does all these and more. Shorter length means there is less swing-weight during low speed turns and spins. Less powerful paddlers find the 280 a breeze to correct. The Pyranha double concave hull allows this short boat extra speed, extra control, and extra tracking. Point it in a straight line and the center ridge tracks like a three meter boat. Lean into the turn and it crisply carves a perfect arc; the sharp edges gripping the water like snow tires for your kayak. The 280 deck features a high volume, peaked deck for buoyancy and surfacing stability. The ends are deliberately blunt to absorb those accidental impacts. The flattened bow area provides extra lift when the bow is plunging and a stable pop-up platform when looking for air of a different sort. Airbags included!!
